BCM50 Call Pilot Telset Login 1

Having trouble logging into a CallPilot via the telset. Able to log into the BCM50 with the telset, the BCM50 with Element Manager and the CallPilot with CallPilot Manager.

When try to log into the CallPilot via F983, get LOG: and I enter 1020000, then the telset login password as specified in Element Manager but I continue to get Invalid Password. I have tried all combinations I can think of but without success.

Any ideas?

1020000" does not work on bcm's call pilot.Do feature 983 and enter your telset login and password.Default is "setnna" and password is "266344".

All of that could have been found in the documentation. It is always best to search there for default usernames and passwords.

I spent several hours reviewing the documentation trying to figure this out.....but your posts helped me find the answer.

There were two problems.....first, someone had changed the telset password for the nnadmin userid, once I changed it back to 266344 I was able to log in with this id which told me the answer to the other problem.

Second, we have set up an account so system users can log in from thier telset and perform basic operations such as system speed dial updates....and set that account with SBA - Coordinator level access. Unfortunately, this level access does not include voicemail administration. Once I added that to this account I was able to log into the voicemail with this account.
