Hi,

I've just finished installing some 1210 IP phones at our organization. I want the phones to prime to an external line, not I/C. I changed the prime line to Line:106 under Configuration - Telephony - Sets - Active Sets, under the Capabilities and Preferences tab.

I still get I/C when I go off hook. The only way I can seem to get an external line is to put the line in a pool and assign it an access code... but this isn't what I want.

I want them to prime to an external line, and have an I/C button to make internal calls.

Can I accomplish this on the 1210? I was told it was a 1 line phone.

How can I get this to work? Can I program a soft key for I/C? I'm not familiar with this phone yet...

Thanks in advance!

Guy
