BCM50 3.0 Drive partitions

Does anyone know the correct partition size for a BCM50 3.0 harddrive? Im ghosting a new hd

I haven't seen those published anywhere, as there isn't any way for anyone outside of Nortel to view that partitions. Maybe someone else will know.
