BCM450 LICENSE FILE ISSUE

Just downloaded a license file from KRS but when I try to upload it to the box it says "invalid keycode file".

I triple checked the sysid and it is correct in both the BCM and KRS. System is patched right up to what is available as of April 15th.

Anybody else seen this? I have opened a case with Nortel but I am hoping someone from here can give me the answer while waiting for them to respond.

Lots of times we see this.
When you have this issue it better to just manualy enter the codes in Element Manager or via the Telset programming.

I've seen incompatible loads of Element Manager cause this problem.

I tried to load them manually already and still no dice.

I believe I have the latest EM already but I'll reinstall from this box and see what happens,
