If you have an agent's Missed Call Option set to Automatic Logout where does that missed call to the phone then go? I assume not back to the queue (as it would with Missed Call Option = Make Not Ready). Is the call dropped?
Missed call automatic logout-will log the agent out. Agent will have to log in when they return to the phone to receive calls.
Mised call not ready will make the agent not ready. Agents presses not ready button to receive calls again.
The call returns to the queue as before for both scenarios .
