I am having trouble networking. I have voip trunking keycodes on both systems.
My equipment supplier has not been much help.

My question is do you have to have the BCM50e? He is saying I should be able to use the LAN port on the BCM50.

Any help would be appreciated.

The 50e includes a built in router (Contivity 221) for doing a branch office VPN tunnel to another site.

That won't have any effect on VOIP. Make sure you have the default gateway configured properly on both systems, as well as the basic stuff (trunks in the correct pool, destination codes, etc).

Thanks,

It was my remote gateway settings, destination digits.
