we have a BCM400 ver. 3.6, want to create a mirrored image of the hard drive for use as a backup. can this be done?

Do you want to mirror it in real time and do you just want a backup of the drive ?
If you want real time mirroring you need to get the raid option if you still can...
If you want a backup shutdown the system take the drive out and immage it with norton ghost i like version 9 or Acronis True Image this is my favorite imaging program
If its not broke tweak it..
