Yes but i cant seem to find it anywhere i have a bcm200 and the hard drive just stays on three alternative red flashing lights on the power led the temp led and the fan led i think it just needs re imaging. if you know where it is on nortels web site could you possibly let me know the thread for it please.

Are you certain the problem is the HDD?
Did you check the Base Function Tray for the capacitor issue?
I couldn't find 3.6 on Nortel either. But, here's a link to 3.7.
