The time the BCM (400) displays through Business Element Manger is about 55 second faster than what is appearing on all my extensions.

It took 55 second for Element Manager to load the time?

Sorry Curly but no that's not it. The BCM time is perfectly set and maintains great time. The time displaying on all my sets are slow by about 55 seconds.

I am not suggesting it does not maintain correct time, I am saying there maybe a delay due to connecting with EM etc.
I suggest you patch the system to the lastest and make sure your using the latest EM and java.
Then test
What version software is it?
