BCM System Report

I have been trying to figure out(with no avail)how to get a current system printout or report of a previously installed BCM detailing all system, trunks, button mapping etc. I used to be able through the RAD on the Norstar convert the backup to an ASCII file.

This feature is not yet available on the BCM but I believe will be in the future...

Of course that was not the answer I wanted to hear. Nortel has made a lot of unnecessary extra work for techs (especially when remote techs/ or the end users corporate do some of the changes that field techs never know about.
