BCM PRI HUNT GROUPS

I have a problem with my hunt group. I have 4 users and if 1 user picks up a call from the hunt group, that 1 user can not pickup a second call in that same hunt group.

My hunt group is set to answer a PRI target line.
 
did u try parking the call and then trying to answer the second call.
how is the hunt group setup - to broadcast or otherwise?
 
You can only have one appearance of a particular Hunt group on a set.

You could put he call on hold and do a call pick-up.

I also wonder if you make the Hunt Group appearance ring only, if it wouldn't rise up the intercom keys like a target line would.
 
No, unfortunately, with Broadcast mode it only presents one call at a time to the group.
With all modes of distribution, the hunt group will only give one call at a time to a hunt group member.

Is there a different way to allow the callers in the hunt group to pick up more than one call? Or am I stuck with call pickup?
 
I haven't tried it but what I am thinking of is SWCA System Wide Call Appearances. If you got a hunt group call and put it on hold on a SWCA key (F*520- F*530). Then would the system see that member as available and present the next call in que?

No Auto Associate, No Invoke by hold. Just put the call on that SWCA key. Wouldn't the system move the call to that key and free up the hunt group key?

Mroberts, the SWCA method works as you suspected. Just installed a BCM with a plain old T-1 using only 10 channels for voice side. The customers old published number and a toll free line were ported onto the T-1. I set up a hunt group, (broadcast) for 4 main users to help back up the receptionist when needed. (distinctive ring on huntgroup)
Once calls were sent to SWCA, other calls were presented to all members. Worked great.
