BCM Monitor on 3.7 BCm400

BCM Monitor shows no trunks, even while calls are active.

Not sure what the problem could be.

Does the BCM monitor tool run OK?. Are you able to view any data in some of the other tabs?.

Monitor works normal except for trunk monitoring

I'm fairly certain that you can install a newer version of BCM monitor as it's a separate application.
