Does anyone have any knowledge of BCM/IVR 2.x PeriView Consolidator?
Any recomendations of a VENDO that knows?

Any assistance would be helpful.

No new post about IVR since 2007.

Thanks in advance

We just upgraded to BCM450 Rls 5.0 and some questions have come up about IVR. Not seeing much information in this forum about it either. Is it so new no one is using it. We want to offer a toll-free number to customer to call into, have them enter their order# and have the system connect to a backend SQL/odbc database retrieve some details and then have it convert results (text-to-speech) and play back to the caller.

Interested too. VOJ

I have called Avaya, they are suppose to provide a list of resellers that at pros.
Meanwhile I have contacted a bunch of preferred sellers the last few days with no response yet.
The system does support SIP. There are IVR systems that support SIP. On Premise or Hosted.
There is some information related to PearlView in the BCM400 Documentation but you do not get the nuts and bolts without buying first. We are really disappointed with the lack of information.
Systems Integration would not be a bad gig to make money once we figure it out.
May just hire it out to StarTek as a front end service to route calls and provide information. They can have a connection to the database and handle calls manually.
If you ever find information about IVR, let me know.
