Has anyone noticed Echo problems with the BCM, or perhaps more specifically with the T7316E phones?
We were having tremendous echo problems across our PRI' and Router, but everything we did to combat it has had varying effect.
We have gone through the same problems with our MICS Systems and have ironed it out, but not on the BCM.
We have noticed that Ear volume will vary GREATLY from call to call and side tone will be extremely hot on certain calls.
I don't think it has much to do with our PRI or router because I have also been getting echoes on INTERNAL calls from one station to another on the same BCM.
The echoes are local to the caller and are only heard by the caller, not by the other end. The caller hears his/fer own voice echoing.
As I said, I know how to adjust on the router and PRI, but it never stays stable and I am suspecting it has something to do with either the BCM or the T7316E's due to the station to station echoes.
Anyone hear of anything like this before? Any ideas?
