BCM can only make long distance calls.

This customer can only dial long distance, when they place a 7 digit call for local numbers they get no free lines, any ideas..

Check under dialing plan, public network, prefix default. It defaults to 7 - change it to 10. The system is most likely sending the call out after the seventh digit.

Do you use the same Desti Code for both LD and Local?
