Here are instructions for the Level1 and Level2 resets.
Both remove all telephony programming, keycodes, IP addressing, etc.
The difference is that a L2 reset removes all patches (including upgrades) but L1 does not.
If you need access to the keycode and you somehow did not remember to save the keycode file AND if you also neglected to change the default Telset login, then try
F9*8 (and then log in)
Hit "OK" on Feature Codes
Hit "Next" a few times
Hit "OK" on "Entitlement Code"
Then the keycode will appear in three sets of 8 digits.
You can also see, while logged in, what features are enabled.
After resetting, you can then enter the keycode information manually.
A reset takes about 17 minutes and finishes with a reboot.

1. Power up the BCM
Status - Orange solid
Power - Orange solid
2. Wait 5 seconds
When the power light starts to blink orange,
press the reset button ONCE.
3. Then the lights are
Status - Orange blinking
Power - Red solid
4. Wait 5 seconds
When the both lights are blinking quickly,
press the reset button ONCE.
Status - Orange blinking
Power - Red solid
5. Both LEDs are then solid and the BCM then
enters the LEVEL 1 reset state

enters the LEVEL 2 reset state
