BCM 50/Microsoft VISTA

I have a customer that had new a new pc installed and we are trying to load Element Manager on the new pc. It is running the new software from Microsoft-VISTA. Are there any patches that can be installed to allow Element Manager to be installed ??

Check the Java ver should be below Ver 5. and that may work.

I was able to load it when the pc was in classic view.

Update the BCM with the new software patches (vista software) to your BCM50 and download the new element manager from your BCM...
