I have just completed the upgrade to BCM 4.0 and it went smoothly. I have been unable to locate the patches and would appreciate a link to where they are on the Nortel site.
I have one problem in that I deregistered a DN for an IP phone and then wanted to register a different physical phone to that DN. The BCM recognizes that it does not know the phone but when I put in the DN, it says the DN is in use. But the DN shows no IP activity so it is now in limbo. How do I clear this up.
