One of our techs tried to turnup a BCM and it keeps rebooting on its own. They were also trying to upgrade it from 3.5 to 3.6. Whether the problem happened before the upgrade or as a result of the upgrade, I don't know. Has anyone experienced this? Could it be the MSC Card?
