We have a problem with user's sending external email using Bcc as the names appear in the 'To' field. This only affects user's on the server hosting the Internet Mail Connector. I have moved the Internet Mail Connector to the other server and the same thing happens. I had thought of adding a 3rd server to act as a Bridgehead with no mailboxes but thought I would ask if anyone had seen this before.

Thanks

Mike

Are you saying that ALL of the names specified in the bcc field show up together on the TO field, or just the name of the person reading the message they received.

BTW - RFC requires that a recipient (such as yourself) be listed on the TO field of all messages, including those going to BCC recipients.

Hi,

The names of the intended recipients show in the To Field although they were originally entered in the Bcc.
