When printing out a sent message from Outlook XP, the BCC Field will not appear in the print. It is viewable on the screen and other header information prints. I found a Microsoft article stating that this is designed this way for security purposes - Article 186690. Does anyone know a way around this?

Thanks - Kristi

hello

found this:

"Donna" <mystryxldy@wi.rr.com> wrote in message news:<2da6001c46a77$6a48e0b0$a501280a@phx.gb

Looks like Microsoft didn't provide a way to do this directly. I just
had the same problem, and found I could do it by copying the list into
Word.

1. With Outlook message on screen, click on the first recipient's
address
2. Scroll down and click on the last recipient's address.
Now all the recipients will be highlighted.
3. Do a Copy (control-C)
4. Open Word
5. Do a Paste (control-V)

Now you have a recipient list in Word. You could print it at this
point, but it looks messy. All the rest is done in Word, and is
optional. Notice that recipient names are separated by semi-colons.

6. Replace all semi-colons by paragraphs (put ^p in the "replace with"
box)
Now there will be one recipient on each line. Some of them will be
preceded by apostrophes.
7. Replace all apostrophes by nothing.
8. Sort them in alphabetical order (select all, then table > sort)

It sounds messy, but only takes a minute.

good luck with it
