BCA Publisher Installation

I'm having trouble installing the Recipient Manager. We connect to Oracle using Oracle Client. When I use the ADMIN button in the installation and enter my database information I get an error stating my repository isn't valid even though the connection test valid in Supervisor. Has anyone else seen this problem when installing recipient Manager and if so, how did you resolve the problem.
