since we recently upgraded a customer from bc10 to TSW the conference facility does not work. Has anyone else experienced this?? All the programming looks fine.

hi siouxes, fault was on all digital handsets with the exeption of the 3213,4223 where the soft keys could be used. Solved the problem with aspac
arnum=57 this needs changed to allow post digit dialling. Worked ok on bc10 with parval=15 but needs modified for BC13/TSW tp 47 or 63.
