I can`t find anything about flexible function key for Dialog 4000 IP telephones in Alex. Someone have the commands to do this? IPExx?

this will be a feature for BC12.2 (or BC13)
it is not included in SP7
command will be GEFKC

What about default number function so that they cannot be logged off?

in fact SP7 is only a corrective servicepack, there are no new features introduced with this SP...

I'll have to correct myself : these are the new/changed features concerning IP telephony in SP7 (excerpt from ALEX)

There are a number of new functions for IP telephones:

Support of up to four extra key panels DBY 419 01/01001 (only DBC 425 01).
Terminal registration with a default number.
Flexible function keys. The function keys can be moved from the default key to another key.
Loudspeaking mode in DBC 422 01, which means that it is possible to speak in the handset microphone while listening in the loudspeaker.
Improved WAP browsing; it is now possible to browse the element table (only DBC 425 01).
Editing mode in the phone book; pressing a key for 2 seconds gives corresponding digit.
Improved Quality of Service (QoS) statistics; the used codec in the call and the time stamp are shown in the printout in the web interface.
Additional methods to have several configuration files: DHCP option 43 and the subnet method.
Telnet commands for improved automatic testing of the functions in the telephones.

You set the default number by logging on to the phone with a webbrowser (Ericsson account) and then set the dafult number and if it should be able to logg off.
