Does anyone know the commands and terminal emulation settings to talk to a Nortel Baystack?

8 data bits
no pairty
1 stop bit
no flow control

Commands, depend on what you want to do.

Dont forget you type CNTL-Y when trying to connect. Hitting Enter will not wake it up like a Cisco...
