The get to the command line you will type BCC at the prompt.. and wait, then type Config. You are now in config mode can configure the router
Site Manager you will install, run and click connection and add the ARN's IP and SNMP community names. Once connection is established click on TOOLS > CONFIGURATION MANAGER > DYNAMIC. Once you do this you are now configuring the running config on the router.
Site Manager only works with IP (as far as I know) but you can use BCC with console cable and IP/Telnet
I do agree that BCC is easy to use but is up to you...
