Batch - Network Card TCP/IP Settings

Ladies & Gents,

I need to create a couple of batch files that re-configure my network card.

I need to change the TCP-IP setting to paticular IP's and DNS fron the standard automaticaly obtained one's.

Then I need a seperate batch to change it back again, this way I can switch quickly between the the two configurations without the hastel of manualy entering it.

All help is appreciated.
