Batch files to stop/start services for Exchange 2003

Can anyone provide the syntax to start/stop the Exchange 2003 services so that a batch file can be created

something to the effect:

net stop msexchangeds

I just don't know which ones I need and their proper names...

just the exchange services so that I shut down the services nicely and the databases consistantly...
