Batch File to Delete cookies and Temp Internet Files

I am a volunteer at a non-profit company. I would like to set up a batch file that deletes cookies and temporary internet files on each of the staffs computers.

I have been trying to come up with a few things and had no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
