We're in the process of re-writing our application to run under VFP 6 (just in time for VFP 7!) and during the programming period, I opened pretty much every report (to change some little things in each), so I was given the "do you want to convert this report" dialog box, always selecting "convert".
This is fine as far as my system goes, and as far as the testers' systems go, since they took their reports from me. However, existing customers (and my boss) already have these reports customized to their own specifications, and so I can't give them a copy of my reports.
VFP doesn't seem to have any problem running these reports, but we also have an option for customers to modify these reports, and with the runtime VFP, this causes errors. If I open them myself with the full version of VFP, it's fine, and I can convert, but ideally, I'd like to be able to batch convert a bunch of reports. Short of writing a program to MODI REPO every report, click convert, save, etc is there anything I can do?
