bat files moved from NT to XP no longer work

Problem: I have moved a few batch files that activate MS Access databases and run macros from a NT pc to a XP pc and now the batch files don't work.

im getting errorslike....
error message = "Path not found"
or
the dos window will open and close immediately

Any ideas.

check the path of your files...

also, this doesn't really come under access, more of a windows xp problem...
