Basic Question about Dbexpress

Hi, I use Delphi 7. I'm trying to connect my application to MySql Server using dbExpress. I added a SQLConnection and configured all the correct parameters. When I try to connect an error message appears : "Unable to Load LibMySql.dll". I put this file on my application folder but it doesn't work.

Any idea? Thanks.
