Basic feature - Bouncing presented group call

On the DT 20XX phones if you were being presented a Group call you could press NOCALLS button and the call would bounce to the next agent/user in the group.

On the 54XX DS how do you do this ?

Drop Key does nothing
DND / SAC Keys put the phone in DND but does not bounce
Group/BWU button logs you of the group but does not bounce.

Nothing seems to allow me to Bounce a presenting Group Call..

???

Drop works here on 4.1(9) - but only if another agent is available to take the call.

If there's nobody else available (ie: the group is 'busy') then 'Drop' won't work.

That's the behaviour we've seen anyway.
