Basic Edition Default Settings Problems

I have IPO 10.0.0.2 Running basic edition. The problem I am experiencing is that no matter which interface I use to program, (Manager, WEB Interface, Phone Set) the settings for *Privacy Enabled, and *Automatic VMS Cover keep reverting to default setting. Has anyone experienced this, and if so were you able to resolve the issue?

I would also recommend upgrading to the latest R10 version. R10 had its share of issues and R10.0.0.2 is a lower release.
