Well I've done that sort of thing a lot.
Data probably coming from a Main Frame.
You have to make a VBA sub routine that opens the recordset
and preforms a series of loops through it.
I don't have exact code right here but.

Open recordset 1
Get first Item in it
Open recordset 2
Create SQL statement which holds all items from Recordset 1
such as "Johnsmith@xtra.com" which is 5 in your example
Open recordset 3 which is where you write the 5 records as one. loop thru recordset 2 and extract items to be put in Recordset 3 which is one record you write out.
you will have a list of the new fields and IF statements

So there are 2 loops Open each record in Main outer loop and then get all matching records. Then loop that number of times to create your final new record.
As you can see its NO easy task.
Your Knowledge of VBA has to be has to be extensive.
And your Troubleshooting skills very sharp.

DougP
dposton@universal1.com

Ask me how Bar-codes can help you be more productive.
