I am trying to implement TOD scheduling for a collection agency. They need 4 seperate time of day schedules, 1 for EST,1 for CST,1 for MST, and 1 for PST. The TODS in the ESN data block only lets me schedule a consecutive 24 hour period, ie: 8:00 to 8:59 (TODS1)
9:00 to 9:59 (TOD2)ect.. not to exceed the 24 hr period. Does anyone have any info on how to accomplish this?

Thanks,

Collection agencies are the lowest of the low... I say let them suffer.

But my personal thoughts about the scumbags aside, have you tried building it in Application Builder/CallPilot instead?

They want to have 3 or 4 schedules that would reflect the different time zones and restrict calling so when they dial a area code in a time zone other than EST they will not be calling during dinner hours or waking someone up.

Thanks,
