Barging in while call monitoring

I have FACs for service observe listen only and service observe listen/talk. You can use the FAC for listen/talk to barge in on the call. (I am running version 10, I don't know which version this feature was added).
disp fe <page 4>. If you don't have a code for listen/talk, create one.

There is also an optional warning tone you can use (I'll warn you it's VERY annoying)

Service Observing: Warning Tone? y/n or Conference Tone? y/n
