Could anyone advise me on an appropriate datatype to use for "BARCODE" and "BARCODE_TYPE" fields in a table ? Thanks.

Hi itsmarkdavies,
Please explain, what you want to store as barcode data. And what will be in barcode type.
Please ignore this, if it is annoying.
What i know is you can print the barcodes from the front end by changing the font. And it does not matter what data and how, you are storing in the database (like integer, character, datetime, e.t.c)
