Hi all-
I am a Lvl 2 tech for the VPN solution at my company. We currently use the AT&T Dialer v 4.27, Nortel Extranet Access Client v 2.62, and BlackICE v 3.1. Most user connect with no problems to our companies VPN. About 1 in 10, upon entering their secure ID into the Nortel Client receive a Bannersock Error 10065, and lose connection to the VPN (This error is only resolved by shutting down and restarting the laptop). User have all different builds and various types of laptops. Anyone have any ideas as to why this error would occur? I thank you for any feedback.
