Banner for Windows...Any Ideas?

Hi All:

This question does not relate specifically to Windows 2000, however I wasn't sure where to post this question. I am looking for a program that would allow me to display emergency information on a banner type interface on all client machines in my network. I am hoping to find something that is similar to a ticker where I can post emergency information when needed. I would also need to be able to activate and configure this ticker on all client machines from the server piece. I appreciate any suggestions you may have. TIA!!!!

You could use Net send command from server(or anywhere)

Might not be exactly what you need but comes close !
