Bank manager reconciliation errors 1

The reconciliation batch errored when posting & was unable to be posted or deleted. The technical support changed the batch status back to open & the batch was then deleted. However the entries that were reconciled in the original batch are now showing as pending not outstanding.
What shall we do to fix this.

You need to reset the status flag on the records, I cannot remember which table this is in, it has been a while.

Click Start, Run and type in AccpacViewInfo and press Enter - this gives you a list of the Accpac views. Check the ZB views, you should stumble across it somewhere.
