First, I hope you all had a great long weekend. And am not right sure where this post should go, so here goes...
It seems that the last 3 times there has been a bank holiday in the United Kingdom, our .com email adress gets completely messed up. We can send out from the American office - but can't receive a darned thing.
Our customers get an email that says something to the extent that "cannot find the server" or "cannot find IP address."
Call it coincidental, but it strikes me as odd that it happens when everyone over there is away.
In the UK, its not a problem as no ones at work, and on the Tuesday all is fine, the Home users in the UK on the Bank Holiday dont complain of anything, that email is not working.
We can send emails out from the America office, to other domains, but can't get anything in.
Any ideas,
