bandwidth utilisation

Our organisation have 2x2Mbps leased line coming into a Cisco2600 Router. Even though my ISP tells me that my avaliable output is 4Mbps , I feel that at any one time I only have 2Mbps available and the traffic is load-balanced. Is there anything I can do on the router side in terms of configuration to make the 2 leased line behave like one 4Mbps line.

The load sharing you have is per session as the serial interfaces have route-caching enabled, you can see this by `show ip interface s0/0'

The sh interface you posted indicates that both links are passing traffic (txload 30/255,txload 21/255) so you should get more than the 2Mbps you are seeing.

If you turn that off then you will see the links perform per packet load sharing. But as always there is a downside, having the route-cache enabled uses the routers fast switching path, diasabling this causes each packet to be process switched by the CPU. Although you will get per packet load sharing, the performance may be drastically reduced, depending on router spec and traffic load.

You could try using IP CEF, this again depends on the router spec.

Another alternative:

You can do load balancing per packet with ip cef route cache turned on.
