If I use a Cisco2621 router connected to a T1, would I have any bottleneck problems with a 100mb LAN?

T1 operates at 1.544 Mbps. Your LAN interface is 100Mbps. If there is a bottleneck it will be at your T1 connection and not your LAN interface.

I agree with jimmyzz,
but you will probably not see much of a difference unless there is a lot of traffic.
The latency is not much.
If speed is a concern check out pricing on a burstable T3
you can get a 3M burstable T3 pretty cheep and they allow you to burst up to 45M for two months before they bump you up to the next tier, but check with the ISP before you hold me to my words!
May be a better value if you are looking for T-3 speed, but not the T-3 price!
