I just inherited a P4S5A2 motherboard and processor from my brother. It worked fine for him, then i put on my hard drive and cd roms and stuff. When i tried to boot it would always reset so i formated my drive to see if it was a software problem. Now when i use my Windows XP pro CD to boot from, it loads the drivers and gives me a blue screen that says "Bad_system_config_info" I reset the CMOS and updated the BIOS but still get the same error. Anyone know how to fix this, or have some suggestions on things to try?
The only thing in there now the motherboard the processor a floopy and one CD drive.
