I've been trying to install a w2k pro on a machine I f-disked. It won't take the searial number, even though it's a legal copy and the number is correct. After scratching my head, I talked to my old dos boss, and he reminded me of delpart. Delpart can blow away partitions that LOOK like they've been f-disked, but keep things in the registry. Great tool, but use wisely. It blows away EVERYTHING! When you click on the link, select save and throw it on a floppy.
