Backwards Outer Joins

I am having a problem with Outer Joins.

BO version 5.1.7
Repository SQL/Server
Database Rdb (ex Vax)

I define a outer join in the Universe, but the generated SQL reverses the join, i.e. what should be a Left Outer Join becomes a Right Outer Join.

Has anyone a solution to this?

Sure, just switch them in your universe.

I was actually wondering if there was a fix to stop the join being backwards. When I create the join graphically, the text in the box is very mis-leading - in fact it is wrong.

Is this a BO problem with SQL/Server reposotories or with Rdb databases?

No urgency anymore, as I have already reversed the join, so correct SQL is generated.

They've always been backwards for SQL Server. I think you can do something in the PRM or SBO file to fix it.
