I am running ARCserveIT 6.6 on a Windows NT server. Every time I try to run a backup including ARCserve Windows 95 client agent machines, I am denied access to one of the client agents for reasons unknown. All the security information entered for each agent is correct. The software for Windows 95 Client Agents has been properly installed (to my knowledge) on each workstation and I have reinstalled the software several times. And each workstation functions properly on the network. Is there a problem with licensing the individual Client Agents (i.e. are they timing out?). All the Client Agents have been successfully backed up at one time or another but at other times, I cannot access them. If I delete the agent (object), the agent is not located using AutoDiscovery.
