Hello iv been handeling the arcserve backups for about 1 week and i have limited knownledge about the program. Im just a substitute for the guy who usually does it now that he is on vacation.
Everything has been fine until now when it was time for the Monthly backups. The backup ran and everything is now stuck on the disk and will NOT migrate to tape.
I have about 2-3 tapes from the scrach set put into the backup machine. After this my incremental backups started failing to migrate aswell and everything is stuck on disk now. The machine has 4 scrached tapes for Exchange/incremental backups but they are all complaining about pretty much the same thing.

And it goes on like this. The thing I'm trying to figure out is which tape it is looking for because all the tapes are named MONTH in that pool. I usually destingush them by the serial number.
Any tips on that i can do to figure out wich tape it is looking for or is the right tape inserted but it just doesnt realize it? The tapes are pretty old and needs to be replaced but it hasent been done yet.
