Backupagent for Microsoft Exchange - ERROR

Hi,

i need your help please.
i try to configure the Brightstor 11.1 Exchange Agent.

i typed in all he needs and at the end there is a windows that says: serverkonfiguration failed.

Prob is: rightStor ARCserve Backup -- Sichern

Can anyone help me get rid of the named pipes message?

Hi

N8640:the message N8640 is a notification message which
indicates the backup job has detected the Exchange server and it is up and running.

For the error E8602 ,Please do the following:
1) On both Exchange and ARCserve servers:
HKey_Local_Machine->System->CurrentControlSet->Services- >lanmanserver->
Create a value called IRPStackSize
Data type : REG_DWORD
Value : 19(decimal)IRP

2) Check Exchange Consistency using Exchange tools.

3)HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ ComputerAssociates \ BrightStor ARCserve
Backup \ DSAgent \ CurrentVersion \ agent \ dbaexch
UseTCP:1 Hex
Change the UseTCP value to 0

Restart the services.

Also try the backup with the antivirus disabled
